Missing or Damaged Products

 

If you have received a product that is missing parts or is damaged, please call us at:317-800-1221 within 5 days of receiving your products. Please keep all shipping and packaging materials. This will help you to give us detailed information about the issue.

For missing parts, please be aware that smaller items can be hidden out of view quite easily and can be placed inside boxes to protect them. Please take care to assure that all items have been removed from the packaging. Also check to assure that you’re entire order is included. For customers who request a return on damaged products, the customer will be responsible for the rules set forth in the Return policy.

Please inspect your shipment before signing your delivery receipt (if applicable).  Signed delivery receipts are proof that your shipment has arrived "complete and without damage."  You may refuse your shipment if it has been damaged in transit without penalty.  Claims will not be paid if the delivery receipt is singed "complete and without damage."
