We only ship within the contiguous United States and free shipping applies to everything. Unfortunately, at this time, we do not accept international shipping.
Shipping Methods
We ship a combination of UPS, USPS, and FedEx. Drop shipped items from the manufacturer utilize FedEx while freight shipped items use the most economical and safest method.
Shipping Processing Times

Special order items are identified as items that are either drop shipped from the manufacturer or are freight-shipped items. This information will be available on the product page, if applicable.
Shipping Transit Times
Shipping transit times, on average, range from 2 - 4 business days**, based on your location. A delivery date is estimated at checkout, based on your location.  **This excludes freight items.
Average Handling Time
In stock orders ship within 1-2 business days. Items that dropship from the manufacturer will vary depending on the manufacturer. Please see our most current transit times by manufacturer list.
Freight-Shipped Items
Some items, due to their size and weight, must be shipped freight. If these items require this shipping method, the information is provided on the product description page associated with that particular item.  A valid contact number is needed to schedule the delivery. Always inspect the item for damage before signing to accept the item. Signed delivery sheets are proof that your item has arrived "complete and without damage".  You may refuse your shipment if the item has been damaged in transit. Claims will not be paid if the delivery receipt is signed.
Freight shipping transit times on average, are longer due to several logistical factors and can range up to 2 weeks, depending on your location from the ship location. Â

Lost Packages
Please check your actual carrier's website where there may be additional information or pictures showing delivery. You can also check with neighbors to see if it was delivered there. Unfortunately, we are not responsible for carrier issues or package theft
