NaturalPond Barley Straw Extract is scientifically formulated to support a natural balance in water gardens, koi ponds & lakes and to help prevent unwanted floating debris from forming on the pond surface. Made from all-natural organic barley straw, it is highly concentrated and goes through a special stabilization process to ensure a fresh and potent product that acts quickly to keep your pond in pristine condition.

For optimal results: Ensure a pH level of 7.2 to 8.9 and proper circulation via pump, fountain or waterfall. Follow up with NaturalPond Beneficial Bacteria 24 hours after barley treatment.

Directions: Apply 1 ounce per 1000 gallons around the perimeter of the pond or in an area of circulation to mix the extract throughout the entire pond system. Use year-round to prevent undesirable surface build-up from occurring in your pond and to naturally promote crystal clear water. Treat your pond every 2 weeks as part of routine pond maintenance.

Note: Treatment quantity can be increased up to 4x the regular amount to combat heavy surface debris and build-up.
